- A lead is a name you pay for and then compete to convert. Roger sends a booked job with the problem already described and scoped, routed to one contractor. You are not charged to accept it, not charged to reply, and on the per-job option you are not charged at all unless the work closes.
- What does it cost?

- Will the same job go to other contractors?
- No. One job, one pro. The homeowner is yours to convert and yours to keep, including the repeat work and the referrals.
- How much work is there in my market?
- Roger will not quote you a number, because Roger is early in most markets and any number would be a guess dressed up as a forecast. The structure is what matters: jobs route to one pro, so early contractors in a market take the matches in it rather than splitting them — and on the per-job option, being early costs nothing while you wait.
- What do I need to sign up?
- A licence where your state or province requires one for your trade, insurance, and the categories and areas you cover. Verification happens before your first job.
