Roger Pro Agreement

You're an independent business. You choose which jobs to take, and how and when you do the work.
Roger's fee is 10% to 30% by trade and job size, only when a job closes, and you see it on the offer before you accept. Or pick a flat monthly plan.
You keep your license active and carry at least $1M general liability insurance.
Homeowners pay through Roger, and you don't take Roger customers around Roger for 12 months.
Either side can end it on 7 days' notice. Disputes go to arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
