For appliance techs

Booked appliance jobs, not shared leads

One job, one pro. Pay ten percent when the work closes, or a flat monthly fee. No per-lead billing, no charge to accept a job, no annual contract.

How it works

Roger routes booked appliance jobs to one vetted appliance tech per job — never a shared lead sold to several companies. The homeowner describes the problem, Roger scopes it and books the appointment, and you pay ten percent of the job only when it closes, or a flat monthly fee instead.

Call and tell us your trade and where you work. Ask anything — how the routing works, what you would be charged, what a job looks like before you accept it.

What a routed job arrives with

The appliance, the brand and model number off the sticker where the homeowner can find it, and what it is doing — so you can check parts availability before the visit rather than after.

Appliance work lives and dies on parts. A job that arrives with a model number is a different job from one that arrives as "my fridge is broken".

FAQ

Common questions

What does Roger cost a appliance tech in your market?
Two options, and you pick. Ten percent of a closed job, deducted from your payout, so you pay nothing on a job you do not do — or a flat monthly fee for unlimited matches in your category and area. There is no per-lead billing, nothing charged for accepting or replying to a job, and no annual contract. The current monthly bands are published on the contractor pricing page.
How many appliance jobs will I get in your market?
Roger will not quote you a number, because Roger is early in your market and any number would be a guess dressed up as a forecast. What is true is the structure: a job routed to you is routed to you alone, so early appliance techs in a market take the matches in it rather than splitting them. If that volume is not there yet, you have paid nothing under the per-job option.
Is this a lead or an actual job?
A job. The appliance, the brand and model number off the sticker where the homeowner can find it, and what it is doing — so you can check parts availability before the visit rather than after. The homeowner has described the problem, Roger has scoped it, and the appointment is being booked — you are not buying a name to chase.
Will the same job go to other appliance techs?
No. One job, one pro. That is the whole design, and it is why there is no reason to race anyone to the phone. The homeowner is yours to convert and yours to keep — repeat work and referrals stay with you, not with the platform.
Do I need to be licensed and insured?
Yes. Roger verifies before you can take a job: licensed where your state or province requires a license for this trade, and insured. That check is what the homeowner is being promised, so it is not optional.
How do I get paid?
Payment is authorized when the job is booked and captured when it is complete, so there is no card swiping on site and no invoicing afterward. Payouts run through Stripe on a standard schedule.
